Measure around the position where you intend to wear your chain. S/M has a 75 cm chain body plus 20 cm extension (75–95 cm adjustable range); M/L has a 95 cm body plus 20 cm extension (95–115 cm range). For the double-layer design, the range refers to its fastening strand. Allow room for the intended drape and clothing.
Follow the material-specific instructions on each product page. Protect plated finishes, enamel and glass details from chemicals and impacts. The lilac ribbon is removable and should be cleaned separately.
Size-related returns are ordinary customer-reason returns under our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us for authorization; there is no separate exchange program.

Request authorization within 30 calendar days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unworn, in original condition and original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping to France is paid by the customer. Company errors, damage and defects are handled with company-paid applicable return shipping. No restocking fee.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days; account posting may depend on the payment provider.
